For Jessica Crovelli, PT, DPT, RAC-CT, Vice President of Clinical Services, the people at Powerback are what make the work meaningful.“I appreciate knowing that my team shows up every single day ready to move this company forward. Whether they are challenging clinicians outside of their comfort zones to improve patient outcomes, helping someone master a new skill, connecting the dots in documentation, guiding a teammate through Rehab Central, or solving a NetHealth issue, they do it all with commitment and heart.”She recalls a moment that captured the spirit of the team.“This may sound simple, but it was during our holiday party. With divisional changes and evolving priorities, we do not always get as much time together as we once did. Seeing everyone relax, be authentically themselves, laugh, connect, and even step outside their comfort zones to create edible art together reminded me just how special this group is. Across the organization, that same dedication is easy to see.Paige McComas, Senior Vice President, shared her pride in the pediatrics team.“The pediatrics team makes me so proud every day. It is the most passionate group of individuals who truly put the needs and goals of our kids first. Our clients are so lucky to have this team supporting them. I am fortunate to learn and grow alongside some of the best of the best.”She also sees tremendous opportunity ahead.“The future is bright for Powerback Pediatrics as we continue to expand our services, invest in our team, and celebrate our successes.”
For Janice Jackson, Marketing Director, what stands out most is the determination of the team.“This team cares a lot, and that means everything. As Sue Gardner, Assistant Director of School Age Services at Metro Therapy, shared, when one team member needed time off for surgery, others stepped up without hesitation.“The other team members each took on a part of her work so she could go out without worrying about her responsibilities getting done. This ensured she was able to heal and come back to everything in order.
