Ronald was originally living with family until his need for assistance became to great to manage independently. As a result, he was moved to a care center with the plan to transfer to a long-term care unit.
Upon arrival, Ronald required full assistance with ADLs, transfers, and bed mobility.
Ronald’s Powerback team supported him throughout his sessions, coaching and supporting him to help welcome a positive mindset. Ronald’s resilience and openness to learn throughout this difficult journey allowed him to achieve a goal that once was not thought possible– after therapy, Ronald was able to return to his home.
