Women's History Group– Ocean Springs Health and Rehab

At Ocean Springs Health and Rehab, a vibrant Women's History Group came together to celebrate the cultures and history of women. During Women's History Month, the multidisciplinary group donned the iconic Rosie the Riveter bandanna and embarked on a journey of shared experiences. They delved into recalling cherished memories, enjoyed the melodies of female musicians, tested their knowledge with strong women in history trivia, and engaged in exercise and balance through movement and dancing, all culminating in a delightful tea/coffee party.

The patients reveled in the opportunity to celebrate each other in a space exclusively for women. A highlight of the group was when the ladies shared stories of the most inspirational women in their lives, with many choosing to honor their own mothers.
