Carol experienced difficulty walking safely in her home and in her community, and suffered from deteriorated strength in her leg due to nerve compression. These symptoms placed her at an extremely high risk for falls. Eventually, Carol required spinal surgery. Throughout OT and PT with Powerback, Carol demonstrated how positivity can transform someone’s life. She has regained her independence and now walks safely, without falls, after two spinal surgeries.
