Renee's Return to Independent Self-Care

A bout of illness resulted in a series of hospitalizations for Renee, leading her to remain hospitalized for over two months.

Upon arrival, Powerback's therapy team assessed that Renee needed maximum assistance with all movement-related tasks and that she experienced stress due to a high fear of falling

After Occupational and Physical therapy with Powerback, Renee can now:

• Move in bed without assistance, including repositioning
• Walk with a mobility aid
• Manage activities of daily living (getting dressed, etc.) completely independently.

As a result of her therapy, Renee has expressed heartfelt gratitude towards her dedicated therapy team.
