Alex, Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Alex is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Powerback Pediatrics.

Alex's journey to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began as an RBT in 2017. When looking back on her experience in the field, Alex said "As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) I became fueled with passion for promoting inclusion and supporting the neurodivergent community. Becoming an RBT was truly life-changing, as it allowed me to discover a career path that aligns deeply with my values. Now, I'm incredibly grateful to wake up each day with the opportunity to make a positive impact in others' lives."

Alex has been instrumental in the growth and development in our Arkansas services. On her experience about being a BCBA, she states:

"My favorite part about being a BCBA is the impact that ABA can have on people's lives. I am passionate about empowering the individuals, families, and communities we serve at Powerback Pediatrics by teaching skills that foster independence, communication, and social connection. Seeing my client's progress, no matter how big or small, is incredibly rewarding. Each day brings out unique challenges and learning opportunities, and I am constantly inspired by the resilience and deciation of the people I work with. This role allows me to blend science with compassion, which makes it a truly fulfilling career."
