After an illness, injury, or hospitalization, it’s natural to want to rest and recover in the most comfortable and functional environment– at home. Over 90% of our patients remain in their home after treatment with Powerback Rehabilitation to You.
To restore strength and maintain safety and independence, patients may benefit from additional support through physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy. Our in-home rehabilitation services are designed to aid their journey back to better living. Unlike home health agencies covered under Medicare Part A, Powerback Rehabilitation to You patients do not need to be homebound or have a qualifying medical event to utilize our services. As long as patients demonstrate medical necessity for physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy services, Powerback Rehabilitation To You may be covered by Medicare Part B and other private insurance.
We developed Powerback Rehabilitation To You to provide continuity of care for your patients and residents, and can provide treatments wherever your patients call home. Because transportation and travel concerns often serve as the barrier to an effective therapy program, our in-home services can increase patients’ compliance with a medically-necessary therapy treatment plan. Our therapists are licensed and credentialed, providing the same high-quality care you've come to expect from Powerback Rehabilitation.
We’ll be your partner on the road to better living!
From the convenience and privacy of home, our Powerback Rehabilitation to You licensed therapists will customize an active recovery plan and be there to guide your patients every step of the way.
